补肾壮骨方结合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术在老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折中的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Zhuanggu Recipe Combined with Percutaneous Ballon Kyphoplasty in Senile Thoracolumbar Vertebral Osteoporotic Fracture

目的观察补肾壮骨方结合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术(Percutaneous ballon kyphoplasty,PKP)对于老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的治疗效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月都昌县中医院收治的80例胸腰椎骨折老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以PKP治疗,观察组予以PKP联合补肾壮骨汤治疗。分别于治疗前与治疗3个月后,测试患者骨折疼痛程度(使用VAS评分),测量伤椎cobb角与椎体高度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分和者cobb氏角均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),椎体高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾壮骨方联合PKP对于治疗老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折疗效好,痛苦小,值得广大同仁参考借鉴。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Recipe combined with percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty(PKP)on senile thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic fractures.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to department of orthopedics in Duchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected according to the order of treatment.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PKP,and the observation group was treated with PKP combined with Bushen Zhuanggu recipe.Before and after 3 months of treatment,the degree of fracture pain(using VAS score)was tested,and the cobb angle and height of the vertebral body were measured.Results After 3 months of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group receiving Bushen Zhuanggu recipe combined with PKP treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);the recovery degree of injured vertebral cobb angle and vertebral body height was higher than that of treatment The latter control group was also better(P<0.05).The observation group is superior to the control group in the comparison of total efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion BBushen Zhuanggu recipe combined with PKP is good for the treatment of senile thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic fractures,and it is less painful.It is worth reference for colleagues.
