二仙地黄汤联合达格列净对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛β细胞功能的影响

Effect of Erxian Dihuang Decoction Combined with Daglijean on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and IsletβCell Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究二仙地黄汤联合达格列净对2型糖尿病气滞血瘀证患者糖脂代谢及胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2019年10月收治的2型糖尿病患者86例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各43例。对照组口服达格列净片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合二仙地黄汤治疗。对比2组治疗效果、糖脂代谢指标、胰岛β细胞功能和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后三酰甘油(Triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Postpromdial blood glucose,2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hemoglobin A1C,HbA1c)水平均低于对照组,空腹C肽(FCP)及餐后2 hC肽(2hPCP)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二仙地黄汤联合达格列净片治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,利于调节糖脂代谢指标,改善患者胰岛β细胞功能,提高血糖控制效果,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Erxian Dihuang decoction combined with Daglijean on glucose and lipid metabolism and isletβcell function in patients with type 2 diabetes and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in Yanshan People’s Hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with Dagligejing tablets,and the observation group was treated with Erxian Dihuang decoction based on the control group.The treatment effect,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,islet βcell function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TG,TC,2hPG and HbAlc in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of FCP and 2hPCP were higher than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Erxian Dihuang decoction combined with Daglijeong tablet has obvious effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is beneficial to regulating the index of glucose and lipid metabolism,improving the function of pancreatic isletβ-cells,improving the effect of blood sugar control,and with high safety.
