中医情志干预对肾病综合征患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Emotional Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的观察中医情志干预对肾病综合征患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将2018年8月—2019年8月在江西中医药大学附属医院肾病科住院治疗的63例肾病综合征患者,按信封法随机分为对照组32例,试验组31例;对照组在对症治疗的基础上进行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展中医情志干预;对比2组患者干预后的治疗满意度、干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及中文版简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)积分。结果干预后,试验组患者治疗满意度高于对照组,SAS、SDS积分改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05),且SF-36的8个维度积分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志干预可提高肾病综合征住院患者的治疗满意度,有效调节患者的负性情绪,强化改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of emotional intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 63 patients with nephrotic syndrome hospitalized in the department of nephrology of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and experimental group(31 cases)according to the envelope method.The control group received routine nursing and symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group carried out emotional intervention of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.After intervention,the treatment satisfaction,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating Scale(SDS),and Chinese simplified Health Status Survey Scale(SF-36)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement level of SAS and SDS score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of SF-36 in eight dimensions was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Emotional intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the treatment satisfaction of patients with nephrotic syndrome,effectively regulate the negative emotions of patients,strengthen and improve the quality of life of patients.
