淫羊藿苷改善大鼠勃起功能障碍及大鼠阴茎海绵体纤维化程度研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨淫羊藿苷改善血管性勃起功能障碍大鼠的勃起功能效果与机制。方法将60只SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、他达拉非组及低中高剂量淫羊藿苷组。通过结扎大鼠双侧髂内动脉制作血管性勃起功能障碍(ED)大鼠模型。不同组大鼠给予不同的药物处理。药物饲喂结束后测量大鼠最大阴茎海绵体内压(ICPmax)评估大鼠勃起功能,masson染色评估大鼠阴茎海绵体纤维化程度。结果中剂量及高剂量组ICPmax高于模型组(P<0.05),模型组海绵体纤维化程度高于假手术组(P<0.05)。结论中剂量和高剂量淫羊藿苷饲喂能提高大鼠勃起功能。ED增加了阴茎海绵体纤维化程度,造成勃起功能恶化。 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of icariin in improving erectile function in rats with vascular erectile dysfunction( ED). Methods Sixty SD rats were divided into a sham-operated group,a model group and a tadalafil group as well as a low icariin dose group,a medium icariin dose group and a high icariin dose group.The vascular ED rat model was obtained by ligating the bilateral internal iliac arteries of the rats.Different groups of rats were given different drugs or different doses of drugs as interventions.At the end of intervention,the maximum intracavernosal pressure( ICPmax) was measured to assess the erectile function of the rats and masson staining was performed to assess the degree of fibrosis in the cavernous of the rats’ penis. Results ICPmax was higher in the medium and the high icariin dose groups than that in the model group( P<0. 05),and the degree of cavernous fibrosis was higher in the model group than in the sham-operated group( P<0. 05). Conclusion Medium and high doses of icariin can improve the erectile function of rats.ED increases the degree of cavernous fibrosis and causes the deterioration of erectile function.
