轻型纯电特种车辆动力传动匹配仿真

摘要 针对轻型纯电特种车辆梳理分析了基本参数及设计目标,阐述了特种车辆动力传动匹配技术思路,创建了驱动电动机匹配、传动比匹配、动力输出的数学模型;采用MATLAB编程仿真计算驱动电动机参数匹配、传动比匹配;应用MATLAB编程进行车辆动力性仿真分析,得到车辆驱动力-行驶阻力图、加速度-速度曲线、爬坡度-速度曲线等仿真数据,并对目标值、仿真值、测试值数据进行分析,实现驱动电动机匹配、传动比匹配满足车辆的设计目标,为后续车辆开展工程设计、试验测试全过程提供技术支持。该仿真分析方法对其他纯电特种车辆动力传动参数匹配设计具有一定的参考价值。 Aimed at the light pure electric special vehicle,the basic parameters and design objectives of the light pure electric special vehicle were ordered and analyzed,it was expounded that the technical ideas of power transmission matching of the special vehicle,and the mathematical model of drive motor matching,transmission ratio matching and power output were created.The matching of driving motor parameters and transmission ratio were determined by using MATLAB programming simulation calculation,and the MATLAB program was used to simulate the dynamic performance of the vehicle.And the simulation data such as driving force driving resistance diagram,acceleration speed curve,climbing slope speed curve were obtained.The target value,simulation value and test value data were analyzed,and the matching of driving motor and transmission ratio were realized to meet the design goal of the vehicle,which provided technical support for the whole process of engineering design,test of follow-up vehicles.The simulation analysis method had a certain reference value for the matching design of power transmission parameters of other pure electric special vehicles.
