T型减振垫径向压缩量对减振垫性能的影响

摘要 为了探究T型垫径向压缩率对减振系统谐振频率、放大倍数及其高低温性能的影响,以达到合理化T型减振垫径向压缩量设计目的,并最终给出最优压缩率范围,使用三综合振动试验系统对不同径向(Y向、Z向)压缩量下的JZT-3减振垫进行常温(25℃±5℃)及高低温(-40℃、60℃)轴向(X向)带载功能振动性能测试,研究了不同径向压缩率的减振垫在不同工作温度时的谐振频率及放大倍数,并针对这些试验结果提出了材料及结构方面的解释。试验结果表明,当径向压缩率为2.6%~5.4%时,可以极大改善橡胶类减振垫的轴向温度敏感性问题,同时这一压缩量下减振垫阻尼适中,安装方便,可以应用于对谐振频率敏感且有高低温需求的部件中,并且可为今后T型减振垫的选型和设计提供指导。 In order to explore the influence of radial compression ratio on the resonant frequency,magnification times and high and low temperature performance of the T-Type isolators damping system,so as to rationalize the design of T-type isolators radial compression,and finally got the optimal compression ratio range,it was tested that the X axial direction vibration performance with load function of JZT-3 isolators under different compression(Y and Z axial direction)at normal temperature 25℃±5℃,low temperature-40℃and high temperature 60℃by using three-in-one combination vibration test system,the resonance frequency and magnification times of isolators with different axial direction compression rate and different operating temperature,and the interpretation of material and structure properties was given about those testing results.The test results showed that when the radial compression ratio was between 2.6%and 5.4%,the axial temperature sensitivity of the rubber isolator could be greatly restrained.At the same time,the damping of the isolator was moderate under this compression,and it was easy to be assembled.it could be applied to the components which were sensitive to resonance frequency and be used in different temperatures,which provided guidance for the selection and design of T-type isolators in the future.
