摘要
为解决某弹药射击试验中发生的故障,提出一种质量问题的处理方法。对故障零件残骸进行宏观观察、断口分析、金相组织和化学成分检测,分析造成试验故障的原因。通过对原材料工艺及生产进行排查及模拟实验,验证了故障定位的准确性及该方法的有效性。
In order to solve the failure in certain type ammunition firing test,we come up with a solution for quality problem.We did macroscopic observation,fracture analysis,metallographic structure detection and chemical composition detection for the bug component wreckage to analyze the reason that caused the test failure.Through troubleshooting and simulation experiment of raw material,technology and production,verified the accuracy of failure positioning and the effectiveness of this method.
