摘要
将鱼鳞用微沸水反复漂洗,去除鱼鳞表面的脂肪,在室温下干燥。将干燥过的鱼鳞与质量分数为85%磷酸(2∶1,m∶m)在550℃下,制备了鱼鳞活性生物炭。研究了鱼鳞活性生物炭对甲醛的吸附性能,并对鱼鳞活性生物炭吸附甲醛的过程进行了动力学和热力学分析。结果表明,鱼鳞活性生物炭对废水中的甲醛有较好的吸附效果,在pH=7时,鱼鳞活性生物炭投加量为1.0 g,温度为35℃,甲醛的质量浓度为550 mg/g,吸附360 min时,甲醛的去除率为92.31%。鱼鳞活性生物炭对甲醛的吸附随着温度的增加而增加,并且其吸附过程可以用准二级动力学方程进行描述,热力学参数结果表明鱼鳞活性生物炭对甲醛的吸附是放热、熵增,自发进行的吸附过程。
Firstly,fish scales were rinsed repeatedly with micro-boiling water to remove the fat on the surface followed by drying at room temperature and activating by phosphoric acid.When the mass ratio of dried fish scales to 85%phosphoric acid was 2∶1,the activated carbon of fish scales was prepared.The adsorption properties of fish scales activated carbon for formaldehyde were studied,and the kinetic and thermodynamic analysis of formaldehyde adsorption process of fish scale activated carbon wwere also performed.The results showed that fish scales activated carbon can well absorb formaldehyde in wastewater.When pH=7,the dosage of fish scales activated carbon is 1.0 g,temperature is 35℃and the mass concentration of formaldehyde is 550 mg/kg,the removal rate of formaldehyde can reach 92.31%for 360 min.The adsorption of formaldehyde by fish scales activated carbon increases with the rising of temperature,and the adsorption process can be described by quasi-second order kinetic equation.The results of thermodynamic parameters showed that the adsorption of formaldehyde by fish scales active biochar is an exothermic entropy increase and a spontaneous adsorption process.
