摘要
介绍一种利用色谱分离技术提纯玉米淀粉糖化液中葡萄糖的技术。研究表明,色谱分离运行最适条件:色谱分离用树脂为钾型树脂,进料温度65℃,进料质量分数55%,料水比1∶1.5,六柱同时运行。通过该研究获得的高纯糖液的DX值可达99.5%以上,葡萄糖收率可达到90.0%。
Introduce a method of purifying glucose fromsaccharified liquid by chromatographic separation technology. The optimal conditions were showed as follows: potassium type resin, 65 ℃ feed temperature, 55% feed concentration, 1∶1.5 the ratio of material and water, and six chromatographic columns. On the optimal conditions, the DX value of sugar liquid could reach to 99.5%, and the glucose yield could reach to 90.0%.
