摘要 基于培养职业教育学生职业能力的目的,在"食品分析技术"专业课程中,以专业能力、方法能力和社会能力三个维度做教学设计,通过专业教学—实践活动—主题教育融通的课程思政教学实践,培育学生检测工作流程的规范、技能操作的规范,建立起个人安全防护意识的职业能力、职业素养。 Based on the purpose of cultivating students’ vocational ability in vocational education, in the specialized course of "Food Analysis Technology", the teaching design is made from three dimensions of professional ability, method ability and social ability. The standardization of students’ testing work process and specification of skill operation are cultivated through the course’s ideological and political teaching practice of professional teaching, practical activities and theme education,establishing vocational ability and quality of personal safety protection awareness.
