校企共建共赢的食品人才培养模式探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 校企合作是助推人才培养与对接产业行业需求的有效举措。针对食品产业转型升级过程中人才需求与高校人才培养脱节、产学研结合不紧密等问题,福建农林大学食品科学学院创新性提出并实施"三合一助"校企共建共赢食品人才培养模式,即高校-行业合作共定人才培养方案,高校-行业合作共建实践教学平台,高校-行业合作共办创新创意大赛,实现高校-行业协会助推食品专业人才培养,明确"三合一助"中"学校主导、行业主体、协会辅助"三者间相辅相成关系,将校内优质资源与校外食品企业、行业资源相融合,从培养方案、育人平台、协同运行机制等方面进行食品产业应用型拔尖创新人才培养的创新实践,为推进高等工程教育人才培养提供重要借鉴。 School-enterprise cooperation is an effective measure to promote talent training and to meet the needs of industries.Aiming at the problems of the disconnection between the demand for talents in the process of transformation and upgrading of the food industry and the training of talents in colleges and universities, and incompleting integration of industry, university and research, the College of Food Science, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University innovatively proposes and implementes the "three-in-one assistance" school-enterprise co-construction and win-win food talent training model, including universityindustry cooperation to establish a talent training plan, university-industry cooperation to build a practical teaching platform,university-industry cooperation to jointly organize an innovation and creativity contest, and to realize the promotion of food professional talent training by colleges and industry associations;Clarifie the complementary relationship between "school-led,industry-based and association-assisted" in the "three-in-one assistance", and integrate high-quality resources on campus with off-campus food companies and industry resources;The innovative practice of cultivating top-notch innovative talents for the food industry has been carried out in terms of training programs, education platforms and collaborative operation mechanisms,in order to provide an important reference for the promotion of higher engineering education talent training.
