The key to rural reform and development lies in the construction of rural Party organizations.It is the tradition of the Communist Party of China that the Party manages the rural work.In each period of revolution,construction and reform,rural Party organizations in Anhui have given full play to the core role of leadership—carrying out the peasant movements and supporting the front-line struggles in new democratic revolution period,expanding the ranks of party members and organizing production and construction in the early stage of socialist construction and socialist road exploration,guiding rural reform and expanding the coverage of party building in the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,building service-oriented grass-roots Party organizations and improve the rural governance system in the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics since the 18th National Congress.In the new era,rural grass-roots Party organizations should effectively mobilize and organize the grass-roots people under the guidance of the people-centered thought,constantly enhance the ideological strength,cohesive force and fighting capacity of rural Party organizations,and fulfill their original aspiration and mission,thus cultivating the beautiful life expected by the people in Anhui.
