当前,全球"抗疫"充分展现了世界上不同国家治理模式的功能效用,揭示了其中存在的问题。重新思考和分析国外一些主要国家治理模式,对进一步推进我国国家治理及其模式的改革和完善具有重要的启示。从实践看,这些启示意义主要包括:坚持以提升治理能力为目标来实现国家治理模式的转型变迁,立足本国实际以遵循"更好治理实践"的改革逻辑,在市场化深度改革和发展中推进国家治理模式的日益优化调整,从而建立一种"良政善治"型国家治理模式,以有效应对和治理经济社会发展中出现的各种矛盾与危机,广泛彰显中国制度优势和治理效能。

Currently,fighting against NCP has fully revealed the function,efficiency,and existing problems of governance models of various states in the world.Rethinking and reanalyzing some major foreign states governance models has great meaning in pushing forward the reform and improvement of China’s state governance and governance model.In practice,improving the governance ability should be the goal,and China should realise transformation of state governance model to comply with the reform logic of"improved governance for practice"based on the reality.And it is necessary to promote the optimization and adjustment of state governance model gradually in the deep reform and development of marketisation,and to construct a state governance model of"Good Governance"in order to effectively deal with and governance various contradiction and crisis in development of economy and society and widely demonstrate the advantages of China’s system and the efficiency of China’s governance.
