摘要
目前,国内已拥有较为成熟的CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道轨道板生产技术,能够有效地解决轨道板侧面气泡产生的问题。但将该技术首次运用于所承建的国外工程,其原材料、混凝土配合比以及施工工艺都需要借鉴国内已有的先进技术再结合工程所在地的实际情况进行调整与改进,方能有效解决轨道板侧面气泡产生的问题。介绍了具体的研究过程,所取得的经验可为后续在国外进行轨道板推广提供技术支持。
Currently the production technology of CRTSⅢballastless slab is relatively mature in China,and the problem of air bubbles forming on the sides of the track slab can be effectively solved.However,when such technology is adopted in overseas projects,it is not only necessary to draw on the experience from China regarding selection of raw materials,concrete mix design and advanced construction technology,but also need to make adjustments and improvements giving consideration to the typical local situations so as to solve the problem of air bubble forming on the sides of the track slab.This paper describes the actual process of the study,and the experience accumulated paves way for offering technical support for promotion of ballastless track slab on overseas projects in the future.
