大型流域工程建设风险预警与管控研究

摘要 目前水电行业数字化和智能化研究成果主要侧重于一线智能协同方面。本文在水电站项目层级数字化、智能化建设的技术、数据和系统建设成果的基础上,建立流域风险指标体系。同时,利用大数据分析技术,研究并建立水电水利领域智慧工程风险预警和风险决策模型,把各管理要素的趋势性、系统性问题的分析、预警、决策与综合管理,通过流域智慧工程管控平台,实现工程建设管理的自动预判、自主决策、自我演进,以提高大型流域水电工程建设智能化管控水平。 Currently,study on digitalization and intellectualization of hydropower industry mainly lays on on-site intelligent coordination.Based on the project-level technology,data and system achievements of digital and intelligent construction of hydropower stations and by using big data analysis technology,this paper establishes river basin risk index system,studies and establishes the risk warning model of intelligent engineering in hydropower and water conservancy sector,and conducts a comprehensive analysis,early warning,decision-making and management of trendy management elements and systematic problems.Ultimately,through intelligent engineering management and control platform of river basin,automatic prediction,independent decision-making and self-evolution of construction management is realized,and intelligent construction management and control of hydropower projects in large river basin is improved.
