医养结合模式下心血管病老年专业护士核心能力指标体系的构建

Construction of the core competence index system of elderly nurses in the department of cardiovascular under the Treatment-Care combination model

目的:构建医养结合下心血管疾病老年专业护士核心能力指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法专家函询对19名老年护理、社区护理、心血管护理等方面的专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重。结果:最终确立指标体系包括一级指标6个、二级指标24个、三级指标58个。经过2轮德尔菲专家函询,专家积极系数均为100%,2轮函询的专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.88,判断系数为0.91和0.92,熟悉程度为0.81和0.84,肯德尔和谐系数为0.229和0.235(P<0.05)。对于一级、二级、三级指标,第1轮专家意见的协调系数分别为0.203,0.299和0.186。结论:专家的积极性和权威程度高,意见的协调程度好;具有较好的科学性和可靠性。该指标体系可为我国心血管科老年护理人才的培养、选拔、考核和评价提供客观有效的参考依据。

Objective:To construct the core competence index system of elderly nurses in the department of cardiovascular under the Treatment-Care combination model.Methods:A total of 19 geriatric nursing,community nursing and cardiovascular nursing experts were consulted by two rounds of Delphi method,then the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight of each index.Results:The indicator system consisted of 6 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 58third-level indicators.After two rounds of consultation,the positive coefficients of experts were both 100%.According to the results of two rounds of consultation,the authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.88,the judgment coefficients were 0.91 and 0.92,as well as the familiar coefficient were 0.81 and 0.84.The Kendall coefficients of concordance were 0.229 and 0.235.For the first,second and third level indicators,the coordination coefficients of expert were 0.203,0.299 and 0.186 respectively.Conclusions:Experts have a high level of enthusiasm,authority and team coordination,with good scientificity and reliability.The index system could provide an objective and effective reference for the training,selection,assessment of elderly nurses in cardiovascular departments in China.
