摘要 为了适应新一轮工业变革,需要中国的工程教育积极探索人才培养模式的改革方向,加快发展和建设新工科。电子科技大学通过“拔尖创新人才特殊培养计划”创立了电动汽车创新创业复合实验班,实施基于项目的个性化因材施教、创新能力培养、实践能力培养、团队协作能力培养、领导力和执行力培养等新工科人才培养改革举措。经过长达三年的实践,对学生的最终培养效果显示:该措施可有效提升学生的自主创新能力,能够培养出具有优良工程能力的新工科高层次复合人才。 In order to adapt to the new round of industrial revolution,China’s engineering education needs to actively explore the reform direction of talent training models,and accelerate the development and construction of new engineering disciplines.The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has established an electric vehicle innovation and entrepreneurship compound experimental class through the“Special Training Program for Top Innovative Talents”,and is implementing project-based personalized teaching,innovation ability training,practical ability training,teamwork ability training,leadership and executive ability training,and other reform measures for the cultivation of new engineering talents.After three years of practice,the training effect of students shows that the experimental class can effectively improve students’independent innovation ability and can cultivate high-level compound talents with excellent engineering ability.
