摘要
在“双一流”建设背景下,实验室已成为高校培育一流拔尖创新人才、打造一流师资队伍、凝练一流学科生态、提升科学研究水平的主阵地和重要载体。实验技术队伍作为高校实验室的基础技术力量,其发展与高校“双一流”建设的各项要求还存在很大差距。通过分析实验技术队伍现状及存在的问题,在充分调研和合理借鉴部分高校实验技术队伍建设成功经验的基础上,提出构建以实验技术队伍建设顶层规划为核心,以岗位规划、培训机制、荣誉激励等方面管理机制为支撑的实验技术队伍建设体系,从而实现高校实验技术队伍长期良性发展。
Under the background of“double first-class”construction,laboratory has become the main ground and important carrier for universities to cultivate top-notch innovative talents,build a first-class teaching staff,refine the first-class discipline ecology,and improve the level of scientific research.As the basic technical force of laboratory in universities,the experimental technical team still witnesses a big gap between its development and the requirements of“double first-class”construction in universities.Having conducted the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the experimental technical team,on the basis of full investigation and reasonable reference of the successful experience of the construction of experimental technical team in other universities,this paper proposes to build a construction system of experimental technical team with the top-level planning as the core,and the management mechanism of position planning,training mechanism,reputation incentive and other aspects as the support,so as to realize the long-term healthy development of the experimental technical team in universities.
