摘要
教师教育改革是教育供给侧改革的关键所在,教师教育的发展需与社会经济发展相适应。基于湖南省14所高校的实证调研,课题组探讨了湖南省高校招生就业与师范生培养的过程与成效。研究发现,湖南省教师教育在师范院校主体作用发挥、教师培养梯度上形成了湖南特色,但在取得成绩的同时,师范院校布局、大中小学课程接轨、实践教学、师资培训、师范生培养成效等方面存在一些亟须解决的问题。振兴师范教育,发展高水平教师教育是教师教育改革的基本方向。优化路径有:政策支持,政府出台教师教育专项规划;优化布局,实现师范教育的均衡发展;改革制度,完善UGS协同育人模式;优化管理,改进师范生培养和发展机制;理实结合,提高师范生人才培养质量。
Tearher education refom is the key of education supply-side reform.The clevelopment of teacher eduration needs to be adapted to the development of social economy.Based on the empirical reseaich of 14 universities in Hunan Province,this paper discusses the problems of enrollment,employment and training effectiveness of normal university students in Hunan Province.The research finds that Hunan's teacher education has formed Hunan's chararleristics in the main role of normal universities and the gradient of teacher training,hut at the same time,there are some problems to he solved urgently in the layout of normal education,curriculum integration,practical leaching,teacher training and training effectiveness.Revitalizing normal education and developing high-level teacher education are the basic direction of teac her education reform.The ways of optimization are:policy support,special plans for teacher eduration issued by the government;opfimizing ihe layout to achieve the balanced development of teacher education;improving the system,UGS collaborative education mode;optimizing management,improving the training mechanism of normal students;combining theory with practice to improve the quality of talent training of normal students.
