摘要
知识经济时代,教育变革频发,持续搅动教育生态。为建设创新型高素质教师队伍,我们需要重新审视教学专长的内涵,而"适应性专长"理论为明确创新型教师专业发展的目标提供了有益的视角。通过对我国教育改革情境下卓越教师适应性专长的发展历程进行叙事研究发现,适应性专家不仅能创造性地解决改革提出的新问题,而且能够以学生发展为中心,主动地进行教学改革。研究肯定了教育改革能够为教师适应性专长的发展提供多样的任务,回应了国外研究对于个体元认知能力和概念性知识的重视,同时,进一步拓展了责任心等适应性倾向因素对适应性专长的发展作用。据此,研究具体而深入地呈现了本土教改情境中教师适应性专长的发展脉络,丰富了本领域的实证成果。
In the era of the knowledge economy,educational reforms are frequent and constantly stir up the educational ecology.In order to build an innovative team of high-quality teachers,it is necessary to consider how teachers develop the ability to actively solve new problems in new situations.The theory of adaptive expertise provides a useful perspective for us to re-understand the characteristics of excellent teachers and re-clarify the goals of teacher growth.Through a narrative exploration of the development process of the outstanding teachers’adaptability expertise,it is found that the experts with adaptability can not only solve new problems innovatively,but also proactively raise new challenges.Different work tasks and individual interactions affect the development of teachers’adaptive expertise.
