通过分析国内装配武钢钢结构建筑行业前景,结合津西集团涉略领域现状,提出公司的竞争是满足客户需求、体现有消费者的利益竞争;通过推行型钢构件标准化,实现产品方案策略,探求从型钢设计、加工、物流、安装和示范一条龙的产业升级路径。

By analyzing the prospect of steel structure construction industry in China,and combining with the current situation of Jinxi Group,this paper puts forward that the competition of the company is to meet the needs of customers and embody the benefit competition of existing customers,and by promoting the standardization of section steel members,to realize the strategy of product plan,to explore the industrial upgrading path from the design,processing,logistics,installation and demonstration of section steel.
