摘要
基于Q370系合金钢连铸板坯表面质量缺陷的影响因素,通过优化设备状态,调整轧制工艺,研究了改善的方法。基于连铸工艺优选方案的分析,连铸坯表面裂纹问题得到了改善,Q370系合金钢铸坯综合合格率能够达到96.3%以上,铸坯热送比例达到85%,表面裂纹发生率降低至5.3%。对解决钢铁企业的生产高效率、能源低损耗、保障产品质量稳定的棘手问题,提供了借鉴。
Based on the factors affecting the surface quality defects of Q370 alloy steel continuous casting slab,the improvement methods were studied by optimizing the equipment state and adjusting the rolling process Based on the analysis of the optimization scheme of continuous casting process,the surface crack problem of continuous casting billet is improved,the comprehensive pass rate of Q370 alloy steel billet can reach 96.3%,the hot delivery ratio of billet can reach 85%,and the occurrence rate of surface crack is reduced to 5.3%,which can solve the production of high efficiency energy and low loss of iron and steel enterprises The thorny problem of ensuring product quality stability provides reference.
