摘要
连铸机开浇头坯表面皮下针孔问题,在各钢厂普遍存在,该问题的发生不分机型和铸坯形状,严重的皮下针孔,深度约2 mm左右,呈黄豆状,有时单点出现,有时成簇状出现,铸坯轧制完毕后,在轧材表面形成形成一个大米粒形状的缺陷,采用磨光机打磨时,在钢板表面形成一个凹坑,因凹坑深度超标,造成钢板无法使用。本文结合生产实际,通过多年经验积累,形成一套成熟的开浇头坯表面皮下针孔控制技术,通过设计制作专用引锭头熏烤装置,设计制作专用铁销烘烤炉等技术和管理措就,开浇头坯表面皮下针孔得到明显控制,铸坯表面质量显著提升。
The problem of the subcutaneous pinhole on the surface of the casting head blank of the continuous caster is common in various steel plants.The occurrence of the problem is regardless of the type and the shape of the casting blank.The serious subcutaneous pinhole is about 2 mm deep,which is in the shape of soybean,sometimes in a single point,sometimes in clusters.After the rolling of the casting blank,a big rice shape defect is formed on the surface of the rolled material.When the polishing machine is used to polish the steel plate A pit is formed on the surface,and the steel plate cannot be used because the pit depth exceeds the standard.Combined with the production practice,through years of accumulation,this paper has formed a set of mature control technology of the subcutaneous pinhole on the surface of the casting blank.Through the design and manufacture of the special dummy head fuming and baking device,the design and manufacture of the special iron pin baking furnace and other technical and management measures,the subcutaneous pinhole on the surface of the casting blank has been obviously controlled,and the surface quality of the casting blank has been significantly improved.
