Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Endowment Insurance in the New Era

我国作为一个农业大国,提升农民的安全感、幸福感至关重要,农村养老保险一直以来都是学界和政府关注的重点。该文参考了国际上多种主流的农村养老保险模式,在对我国农村养老保险制度的发展进程和现实情况进行总结的基础上,结合实际国情指出当下新型农村养老保险制度面临的主要问题并提出相关政策建议,以期对解决广大农民养老问题有所助益。

As a large agricultural country,it is very important to improve farmers’sense of security and happiness.Rural endowment insurance has always been the focus of academic circles and the government.This paper refers to a variety of mainstream endowment insurance models in the world.On the basis of summarizing the development process and reality of China’s rural endowment insurance system,combined with the actual national conditions,this paper points out the main problems faced by the new rural endowment insurance system,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions,in order to help solve the endowment problems of farmers.
