摘要
目的 探讨注射用头孢噻肟钠在高龄重症社区获得性肺炎(CAP)中的疗效及其对CPIS评分的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月我院收治的高龄重症社区获得性肺炎患者92例,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,每组各46例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组联合头孢噻肟钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床指标、肺部感染评分(CPIS)、炎症因子。结果 研究组总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的86.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肺部啰音、发热、咳嗽消失时间,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CPIS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在高龄重症CAP治疗中,注射用头孢噻肟钠治疗效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of cefotaxime sodium for injection in elderly patients with severe community acquired pneumonia(CAP)and its impact on CPIS scores.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with severe CAP admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(with different treatment methods).The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with azithromycin and cefotaxime sodium.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),and inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect in the study group was 93.5%,which was higher than that of 86.9%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung rales,fever,cough and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPIS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP)level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of cefotaxime sodium for injection in elderly patients with severe CAP is significant and worthy of application.
