延续护理对中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life after laparoscopic surgery for moderate to severe qvarian endometriosis

目的 探讨中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后延续护理对生活质量的影响。方法 收集2018年1月至2020年1月在我院妇科行腹腔镜保守性手术并经病理确诊为OEMs患者,根据所制订的纳入和排除标准,从目标人群中筛选符合条件的患者120例,并采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在对照组的基础上实施延续护理,统计分析两组患者的生活质量、对护理工作的依从性。结果研究组患者护理后较护理前的生理职能评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),生理功能评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),活力评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),躯体疼痛评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),情感职能评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),社会功能评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),精神健康评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总体健康评分升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在对护理工作的依从性方面,研究组为93.3%(56/60),对照组为80.0%(48/60),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论 对OEMs行腹腔镜保守性手术后的患者,延续护理干预能够促进患者术后生活质量的提高,临床可广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care on the quality of life after laparoscopic surgery for moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis.Methods Patients who underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery and were pathologically diagnosed as OEMs in the department of gynecology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected.According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 eligible patients were selected from the target population,and random numbers were used to divide the patients into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing methods,and the study group was further given continuous nursing care on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and the compliance with nursing work were statistically analyzed in both groups.Results After nursing,the physiological function scores of patients in the study group were increased significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in physiological function score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in vitality scores was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in physical pain score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in emotional function score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in social function score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in mental health score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in overall health score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of compliance with nursing work,the study group was 93.3%(56/60)and the control group was 80.0%(48/60).The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery for OEMs,continuous nursing intervention improves the quality of life of patients after surgery,which can be widely popularized and applied in clinical settings.
