汽车尾翼螺纹连接失效原因及优化方案探究

摘要 汽车尾翼安装可靠性能是保证汽车安全行驶的重要因素之一。文章对某车型汽车尾翼螺纹连接失效进行原因分析。结果表明,该尾翼因其材料特性导致其经过高温后扭矩衰减严重。文章采用增加防松胶、二次复拧、内部结构优化等方式解决尾翼扭矩衰减问题。通过紧固件接头试验及路试等验证,更改内部连接结构,将安装结构处界面软连接改为硬连接可有效解决尾翼高温后的扭矩衰减。该尾翼螺栓连接失效的解决方案可为后续小扭矩塑料件的开发提供指导意义。 The installation reliability of car spoiler is one of the important factors to ensure the safe driving of vehicles.The failure cause of the threaded connection of the car spoiler is analyzed.The results show that the torque attenuation of the spoiler after high temperature is serious due to its material characteristics.This paper intends to solve the problem of spoiler torque attenuation by adding anti loosening glue,secondary retightening and internal structure optimization.Through fastener joint test and road test verification,it is found that changing the internal connection structure from soft connection to hard connection can effectively solve the torque attenuation of the spoiler after high temperature.The solution to the failure of spoiler threaded connection can provide guiding significance for the subsequent development of low torque plastic parts.
