Almond is a famous nut and woody oil tree species in the world.Almond kernel is rich in nutrition and sweet in flavor.It has high nutritional value and health care value,and the market demand is large.There are abundant wild peach resources in Taihang and LvliangMountainous areas of Shanxi Province.Grafting wild peaches into almonds through high grafting and not only makes full use of wild peach resources in mountainous rural areas,but also improves the income of local farmers.The development situation of Shanxi almond industry was introduced,the existing problems in the current industry were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to promote the quality and efficiency of Shanxi almond industry.
