摘要
动力鼠洞的作用是预存单根或立根,配合铁钻工和排管机实现接拆立根。动力鼠洞是自动化钻杆操作系统中的关键设备。介绍了动力鼠洞的结构设计要点,并对鼠洞结构进行了安全性分析。以可折弯的鼠洞为例,计算了一个5-1/2″钻杆立根(3根)从距鼠洞底部缓冲装置1 m高度处坠落时产生的冲击力,并利用ANSYS软件在坠落工况下对动力鼠洞各部位进行分析,校核动力鼠洞结构强度。经现场试验,验证了该结构的安全性。
Dynamic mousehole is used to store single pipe or stand,and cooperate with the iron driller and pipe-arranging machine to connect and disassemble stand.The main points of the structure design of the power mouse hole are introduced,and the safety of the structure is analyzed.Taking a bendable mousehole as an example,the impact force of a 5-1/2″drill pipe stand(three stands)falling from a height 1m away from the buffer device at the bottom of the mousehole is calculated,and ANSYS software is used to analyze the various parts of the mousehole to ensure that the mousehole is secure.Finally,the safety of the structure is verified by field test.
