摘要
精氨酸是家禽的必需氨基酸,不仅能参与机体蛋白质合成,而且在营养代谢调控方面发挥重要作用。本文主要介绍了精氨酸的代谢途径以及精氨酸对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和肠道健康的影响,为精氨酸在肉鸡生产中的科学应用提供参考。
Arginine is an essential amino acid for poultry.It not only participates in the body protein synthesis but also plays an important role in nutrition metabolism regulation.This article reviewed the metabolic pathways of arginine and the effects of arginine on the growth perform ance,immune function and intestinal health of broiler chickens,in order to provide a reference for the scientific application of arginine in broiler production.
