Historical Origins,Modern Meaning and Cultivation Approach to the Craftsman’s Spirit

培育工匠精神是当代中国从制造大国向制造强国跃升的迫切需求。在阐述工匠精神的历史源流与内涵的基础上,从开拓创新、精益求精、爱岗敬业、道技合一四个方面分析工匠精神的现代意蕴,并提出了政府、学校和企业三方共同努力养成工匠精神的路径。

Cultivating the Craftsman’s Spirit is an urgent need for contemporary China to leap from a manufacture of quantity to one of quality.On the basis of explaining the historical source and connotation of the Craftsman’s Spirit,this paper analyses the modern meaning of the Craftsman’s Spirit in four aspects:development and innovation,striving for perfection,devotion to work,and the integration of theory and skills,and then puts forward that the government,schools and enterprises should make joint efforts to build an approach to developing the craftsman spirit.
