摘要
以丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为基础原液,外掺硫酸钠、滑石粉、成膜助剂和消泡剂等材料,试配高分子聚合物混凝土表面增强剂,通过混凝土回弹强度试验分析了不同外加剂掺量对C30混凝土结构表面强度的影响,最终确定高分子聚合物混凝土表面增强剂的最佳配比。试验结果表明,外加剂的掺入可有效提高混凝土表面强度,且丙烯酸酯共聚乳液固含量为10%,硫酸钠、滑石粉、成膜助剂及消泡剂的掺量分别为3%、3%、0.6%及0.6%时,高分子聚合物对混凝土表面强度的增强效果最优,配比为最佳。
Based on acrylate copolymer emulsion,mixed with sodium sulfate,talcum powder,film-forming aids and defoamers and other materials,the polymer concrete surface enhancer is tried out.The influence of different admixtures on the surface strength of C30 concrete structure is analyzed through the concrete rebound strength tests.The optimum ratio of polymer concrete surface enhancer is finally determined.The test results show that the admixture can effectively improve the surface strength of concrete.When the solid content of acrylate copolymer emulsion is 10%,and the contents of sodium sulfate,talcum powder,film forming agent and defoamer are 3%,3%,0.6%and 0.6%respectively,the polymer has the best effect on the reinforcement of surface strength of concrete.
