摘要
研究了顶吹转炉双渣法冶炼中高磷铁水的工艺方案,并进行了工业试验。通过合理搭配铁矿石、废钢和氧气比例,抑制熔池温度,分析了冶炼过程需要控制的关键因素。结果表明:在铁水磷质量分数为0.12%~0.15%条件下,半钢渣碱度控制在2.0~2.3,TFe质量分数控制在15%~18%;终点渣碱度控制在3.0~3.5,TFe质量分数控制在15%~18%,半钢倒渣量40%~60%,可以使转炉终点磷质量分数控制在0.008%。
The process scheme of dual slag smelting with middle and high phosphorus hot metal in the top blown converter was studied,and industrial test was carried out.The temperature of molten pool could be restrained by controlling the reasonable proportion of iron ore,scrap steel and oxygen.Some key factors of operating system during the blowing process were analyzed through the industrial experiments.The results showed that,when phosphorus mass fraction in the hot metal was 0.12%to 0.15%,basicity and w(TFe)of half steel slag controlled within 2.0 to 2.3 and 15%to 18%respectively;basicity and w(TFe)of slag at end point controlled within 3.0 to 3.5 and 15%to 18%respectively;deslaging quantity of semi steel was within 40%to 60%,and the phosphorus mass fraction at end point of converter could be controlled at 0.008%.
