摘要
针对某钢厂中间包工作层在使用时出现塌包问题,通过对干式料烘烤过程强度、烘烤升温变化规律等进行测试分析,发现烘烤工艺不合理是诱发中间包工作层塌包的主要原因。对镁质干式料中间包工作层烘烤工艺优化改进后,烘烤过程均匀升温,减少了干式料内外表面强度偏差,消除了烘烤不合理导致的塌包问题。
Aiming at the problem of tundish collapse in tundish working layer of a steel plant,through the test and analysis of dry material baking process strength and baking temperature rise change law,it is found that the unreasonable baking process is the main cause of tundish working layer collapse.By optimizing the baking process of the working layer of the magnesium dry-type material tundish,the baking process is heated evenly,the deviation of the internal and external surface strength of the dry material is reduced,and the collapse problem caused by unreasonable baking is eliminated.
