随着工程活动对人类影响的广度和深度不断加大,工程风险治理问题成为重要的研究课题。工程风险治理应注重系统性,从科学、技术、工程三位一体维度进行治理;注重经验性,面向工程风险事实本身进行有差异的治理;注重过程性,坚持全生命周期的治理。

With the increasing breadth and depth of the impact of engineering activities on human beings,the issue of engineering risk governance has become an important research topic.Such risk governance should be systemic,carried out from the triune dimensions of science,technology and engineering;empirical,providing differentiated management of actual engineering risks;and process-focused,covering the whole life cycle of the engineering project.
