Analysis of Circular Economy Park Management Practice

循环经济园区是根据循环经济理论建立的一套新型的工业组织形态,通过三流(物料流、能量流、信息流)的传递,把园区内不同企业联系起来,形成共享某种资源和互换原材料或副产品的产业链共生组合体,构建了"生产—消费—分解的园区内闭环循环路径。文章以某园区实践为例,分析了化工循环经济园区成功的五大重要因素,即网络联系、根植性、机构稠密性、学习性、园区文化。

Circular economy park is a new form ofindustrial organization established according to circular economy theory. Through the transmission of three flows(material flow, energy flow and information flow), different enterprises in the park are connected, forming a symbiotic combination ofindustrial chain sharing certain resources and exchanging raw materials or by-products, and constructing a closed-loop circular path of "production-consumption-decomposition" in the park. Taking the practice of a chemical park as an example,the paper analyzes the five important successful factors of the chemical circular economy park, which are network connection, grounding,organization density, learning and park culture.
