摘要
某油田海水细过滤器作为整个注水系统的精细过滤装置,在注水系统中起着举足轻重的作用。随着下游用户增多,高质量海水的需求量越来越大,现有处理量与实际需求存在较大缺口。为提高油田注水系统处理水的能力,满足下游用户对注水水量与注水水质的需求,在不额外加装过滤设备的基础上,油田用控制程序优化的方法,对细过滤器的反洗控制程序进行优化改造,增加细过滤器反洗模式,实现三台细过滤器同时过滤的功能,实现了细过滤器处理量的极大扩容,不仅满足了水质要求,而且不用额外新装处理装置,节省操作费用。
As the fine filtration device of the whole water injection system, the seawater fine filter plays an important role in the water injection system. With the increase of downstream users, the demand for high-quality seawater is increasing, and there is a big gap between the existing treatment capacity and the actual demand. In order to improve the water treatment capacity of oilfield water injection system and meet the demand of downstream users for water injection quantity and water quality, the oilfield optimizes the backwashing control program of fine filter by using the control program optimization method without additional filtering equipment,and adds the backwashing mode of fine filter to realize the function of filtering three fine filters at the same time, It not only meets the requirements of water quality, but also saves operation cost without additional new treatment device.
