摘要
文章基于广东某造纸污水处理厂生物除臭项目,对污水处理站构筑物的恶臭气体通过生物滴滤塔进行净化处理的工程应用与研究,其中以硫化氢和氨气为主要目标污染物。现场所采用的生物滴滤塔除臭系统设计进气风量为30000 m3/h,在生物滴滤塔除臭装置生物膜挂膜成功后,对废气成分中的硫化氢气体去除率在94%以上,对氨的去除率可达90%以上,经碳吸附进一步净化排放气体达到GB 14554—1993《恶臭污染物排放标准》二级排放标准。
Based on the biodeodorization project of a paper treatment plant in Guangdong Province,this paper applies and studies the engineering application and research of the odorous gas of sewage treatment station structure through the biological drop filter tower,with hydrogen sulfide and ammonia as the main target pollutants.Designed for 30000 m3/h biodrop filter deodorant device,the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide is more than 94%,the removal rate of ammonia is more than 90%,and the emission gas meets the"Skunk Pollutant Emission Standard"(GB 14554—1993)secondary emission standards.
