摘要
针对长输管道传统阴极保护的不足,提出了一种新型的埋地管道牺牲阳极与接触电流相结合的阴极保护方法。通过对牺牲阳极和外加电流分别进行优化实验,找到最优的牺牲阳极材料和规格以及外加电流的电压,制备优良的半固态电解质,为器件提供稳定的运行环境,构建了联合保护装置并且应用于埋地管道中,以对其实现有效的保护。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional cathodic protection of long-distance pipelines,a new type of cathodic protection method combining sacrificial anode and contact current for buried pipelines is proposed.Through optimization experiments on the sacrificial anode and the applied current respectively,the optimal sacrificial anode material and specifications and the voltage of the applied current were found to prepare an excellent semi-solid electrolyte to provide a stable operating environment for the device,and a joint protection device was constructed and applied Buried pipelines to achieve effective protection.
