轻型平板闸阀具有(相对)重量轻、体积小、造型美观等优点,备受设计、建设人员推荐,目前行业内在罐根阀等油路位置得到使用验证,但在消防、含油污水等管路的应用不多、经验积累不足,其水路应用可靠性还有待进一步验证。建设单位往往打包进入施工总包合同,前端把关不严可能引起阀门结构、参数选型错误,造成设备不适用、维修工作量大等问题。文章结合承远油库现场应用经验,总结了消防管道使用轻型平板闸阀的选型和使用要点并与大家分享。

The light flat gate valve has the advantages of(relatively)light weight,small size and beautiful appearance,which is highly recommended by design and construction engineers.Its use as tank-side valve and other process lines has been verified in the industry,but there are few applications in firefighting,oily sewage and other pipelines,and the accumulated experience is insufficient,so the reliability ofits use in water pipes needs to be further verified.Construction companies are often bundled into an EPC contract.If the front-end control is not strict,it may cause problems with valve structure,parameter selection error,resulting in equipment being not applicable or excessive maintenance workload.Based on the field application experience of Chengyuan oil depot,this paper summarizes main point in the selection and use of light flat gate valve for fire water pipeline.
