摘要
将常压固定顶搭接储罐改造为氮封内浮顶储罐的要点,是先要对罐体进行强度和稳定性校核,然后确定不锈钢制内浮顶的密封型式,最后从现场施工角度阐述在罐体改造和内浮顶装配过程中需要注意的若干问题。
In the process of transforming atmospheric fixed lap top tank into inner floating roof nitrogen sealed tank,the first step is to check the strength and the stability of the tank,followed by determining the seal type of the inner floating roof.Finally,potential problems during tank transformation and assembly of the inner floating roof needs to be demonstrated from the angle of construction.
