目前储罐完整性管理理论日趋成熟,文章基于储罐完整性管理的流程,在某石油库中运用完整性管理理念对库内的常压储罐管理进行研究,通过数据收集、RBI风险分析、完整性评价、绩效评估等方式,判定当前储罐的风险等级,评估当前的腐蚀速率,提出合理的检测周期。在保障良好的安全效益的同时,极大地节省了维护成本,为今后类似的石油库常压储罐管理提供了良好的实践经验。

At present,the tank integrity management theory is becoming increasingly mature.Based on the process of tank integrity management,the article studies the constant pressure tank management in an oil reservoir,determines the current tank risk level and evaluates the current corrosion rate through data evaluation,RBI risk analysis,integrity evaluation and performance evaluation,and proposes a reasonable detection cycle.While ensuring good safety benefits,it greatly saves maintenance costs and provides good practical experience for similar oil storage constant pressure storage tank management in the future.
