改性向日葵秸秆吸附剂对Pb (Ⅱ)的吸附性能

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷为改性剂对向日葵秸秆进行化学改性,制备吸附剂。考察吸附条件对改性吸附剂吸附溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)的影响,对吸附剂进行红外光谱分析。结果表明,改性吸附剂的最佳制备条件为环氧氯丙烷体积分数20%,NaOH浓度0.5 mol/L,水浴温度45℃;吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附模型,最大理论吸附量为93.80 mg/g,改性后的吸附剂对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附能力较改性前明显提高。 Sunflower stems,which were chemically modified by epichlorohydrin,were used to prepare adsorbent.The effects of adsorption conditions on the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ)by static adsorption test were investigated.Spectroscopic analysis adsorbents were infrared.As the result,the modified adsorbent had a good adsorption effect under the conditions of 20%epichlorohydrin,0.5 mol/L NaOH concentration and water bath at 45℃.This adsorption process followed the pseudo second order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption model,the maximum theoretical adsorption capacity was 93.80 mg/g.The adsorption ability of modified adsorbent to Pb(Ⅱ)was significantly improved compared to before modification.
