加速溶剂萃取GC-MS分析黄虎掌菌提取物

摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取提取野生黄虎掌菌中的化学成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪鉴定分析。采用标准谱库检索结合自动质谱退卷积定性系统鉴定,结果共鉴定出29种含量较高的化学成分,其中有5种酮、3种醇、2种醛、6种酯、9种酸、2种甾醇、2种其它类化合物。结果显示加速溶剂萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪可快速提取分析黄虎掌菌中主要化学成分。 Ellis s Polypore was extracted by accelerate solvent extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the chemical components were identified with NIST library and Automatic Mass Spectral Deconvolution and Identification System,and 29 kinds of components were identified including 5 ketones,3 alcohols,2 aldehydes,6 esters,9 acids,2 sterols and 2 other chemical components.The results showed that main chemical components in Ellis s Polypore could be exacted rapidly by accelerate solvent extraction and analyzed by GC-MS.
