摘要
以杭州市某处理规模为100 m^(3)/d的生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理系统流程为例,介绍了预处理+厌氧+MBR+纳滤工艺在焚烧厂渗滤液处理中的应用情况。该工艺通过预处理去除部分悬浮物后,通过厌氧工艺降低后续系统的有机负荷,再进一步采用MBR工艺降低有机物浓度,最后进入纳滤系统进行深度处理,进一步去除难降解的有机物和盐分。工艺连续运行COD去除率为99.9%,TN去除率为98.0%,NH_(3)-N去除率为99.9%。出水可达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》GB16889-2008表二排放标准。
Taking the leachate treatment system process of a household waste incineration plant with a treatment scale of 100 m^(3)/d in Hangzhou as an example,the application of the pretreatment+anaerobic+MBR+nanofiltration process in the leachate treatment of the incineration plant was introduced.After the process removed part of the suspended matter through pretreatment,the organic load of the subsequent system was reduced through an anaerobic process,and MBR process was further used to reduce the concentration of organic matter.Finally,it entered the nanofiltration system for advanced treatment to further remove difficult-to-degrade organic matter and salt.COD removal rate of continuous operation of the process was 99.9%,TN removal rate was 98.0%,and NH 3-N removal rate was 99.9%.The effluent can meet the discharge standard in Table 2 of Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill Site GB16889-2008.
