摘要
该文介绍了一种机械管道强度检测装置,阐述了该装置的结构组成、设计原理、装置的检测过程以及两种实施方法思路。该装置涉及了石油化工领域,具体来说,是一种用于石油化工类的机械管道强度大小的检测装置。该装置不同于传统上的采用压板来夹紧管道从而测试管道强度的方式,该类方法拥有检测精度高、数值受人力使用因素的影响较小、固定效果好的优点。
A kind of strength testing device for mechanical pipeline was introduced,and the structure of the device,the design principle,the testing process and two implementation methods were described.The device related to the petrochemical field,specifically,it was a testing device for the strength of the mechanical pipeline of petrochemical industry.The device was different from the traditional way of testing the strength of the pipe by pressing the plate.Compared with the traditional method,this kind of method had the advantages of higher detection accuracy,less influence of the numerical value by human factors and better fixing effect.
