摘要
致密气的开发,对我国天然气工业发展具有重大战略意义。致密气储层具有低孔隙度、低渗透率的特点,开采难度大,自然状态下基本无工业产能,压裂已成为储层增产的主要手段之一。通过压裂,可提高储层裂缝导流能力,增加单井产量。在本溪组致密气井压裂过程中,常出现施工压力波动异常、突升等现象,导致加砂困难。本文基于储层评价,借助已压裂井施工数据、裂缝监测、软件模拟等手段开展分析,开展压裂难点及对策分析。
The development of tight gas is of great strategic significance to the development of natural gas industry in China.Tight gas reservoir is characterized by low porosity and low permeability,which is difficult to be exploited and basically has no industrial productivity in natural state.Fracturing has become one of the main methods for reservoir stimulation.By fracturing,the fracture conductivity of the reservoir can be improved and the production per well can be increased.In the process of fracturing of tight gas Wells in Benxi Formation of Shenfu Block,abnormal fluctuation of construction pressure and sudden rise of construction pressure often occur,leading to difficulties in adding sand.Based on reservoir evaluation,the fracturing difficulties and countermeasures by means of fracture monitoring software simulation and other methods based on the construction data of fractured Wells were analyzed.
