化工原理实验流程设计教学探讨

摘要 化工原理实验的流程设计是实验教学的重要内容,有利于培养学生的工程能力与创新意识。根据教学实践,武汉工程大学提出了参数归类教学法指导化工原理实验流程设计教学。该教学法的关键是根据实验任务确定测量原理方程,然后对原理方程所涉及的参数按照物性参数、设备参数和操作参数进行分类。教学实践表明,采用该法进行流程设计有利于学生掌握与理解化工原理实验的共性,易于学习与实践。 Process design of Chemical Engineering Principles experiment is an important content of the experimental teaching,which is conductive to cultivating students engineering ability and innovative consciousness.According to teaching practice,Wuhan Institute of Technology proposed a parameter classification teaching method to guide the teaching of process design of Chemical Engineering Principles experiment.The key of this teaching method was to determine the measurement principle equations according to the experimental task,and then classify the parameters involved in the principle equations according to physical parameters,equipment parameters and operation parameters.The teaching practice showed that this teaching method for process design was beneficial for students to grasp and understand the commonality of Chemical Engineering Principles experiment,and it was easy to learn and practice.
