应用型本科院校发酵工程实验教学改革的探索

Exploration on Experimental Teaching of Fermentation Engineering in Application Oriented Colleges

发酵工程是一门由生物科学技术与化学工程学相互渗透而发展起来的学科,应用性及实践性很强,实验教学对发酵工程课程的教学质量起关键作用。为提高发酵工程应用型人才培养质量,我们对教学内容、开放式实验教学、教学管理、科研与教学、考核方式等方面进行了探索,取得了较好的效果,可为应用型本科院校发酵工程实验教学以及发酵领域高素质应用型人才的培养提供重要的借鉴作用。

Fermentation Engineering is an interpenetrated course of Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering,and has characteristics of strong applicability and practicality,and its teaching quality depends on the experimental teaching.To improve the quality of applied talents for Fermentation Engineering in application oriented colleges,extensive exploration on the contents of course,open experimental teaching,research and teaching,teaching management and assessment methods was attempted,and the reform performance was promising.The exploration provided a useful reference for experimental teaching and culturing high-quality applied talents for Fermentation Engineering in application oriented colleges.
