摘要
材料类专业学生生产实习长期依靠生产企业进行,因多因素导致教学效果无法达到预期。在新工科建设和产学合作协同育人人才培养模式下,探索新的教学模式已是必然。通过对虚拟仿真实验实训、校内生产实训和校外生产实训三种实施形式的深入分析,探索出材料类专业“三位一体”生产实习教学模式。该模式具有“易实现,低成本,操作真实,训练全面,生产条件优,实践人才丰富”的优势,在较大程度上提升了学生的实践能力和整体素质。
The production practice of Material major student depends on the production enterprises for a long time,and the teaching effect cannot reach the expectation due to many factors.Under the construction of Emerging Engineering and the talent-training model of Industry-Education Cooperation,exploring new teaching mode is inevitable.Through the in-depth analysis of the three implementation forms of virtual simulation experiment,the production training in school and the production training outside school,the“trinity”production practice teaching model for Material Major was proposed.The model has the advantages of easy realization,low cost,real operation,comprehensive training,excellent production conditions and abundant practical talents,and can improve students practical ability and overall quality to a large extent.
